Every part of the purchasing and upkeep process with Jonathan has been absolutely fantastic. The product is top tier quality and it is so nice to have someone reliable and trustworthy when it comes to special items like wedding rings. We have come in multiple times to get our rings cleaned, even the week of our wedding and they fit us in no problem and everything came out looking better than ever. I recently visited OneDayinParis for a girls dinner and ordered the delicious Privée en Provence cocktail, and to my delight just by ordering the drink I had the chance to win 1ct diamond earrings, in addition to my jewelry getting a nice little spa day. The cocktail came with a cute little charm with a scroll in it that had a QR code to scan for appointment making.

I made my appt with Privée Diamonds Direct soon after and had a wonderful experience. Jonathan was super helpful… he pointed out that while he was giving my rings their spa day, there were several stones that were loose. He and his team were able to get those tightened, while also giving me guidance on how to prevent future loosening. He also noticed some ‘blemishes’ on certain bands and recommended they be smoothed and cleaned up with rhodium.

My rings now look brand new and I couldn’t be happier! At pick up, his team was so kind and very patient with my toddler who I brought with me… Jonathan’s sweet puppy was there and provided endless entertainment for her too.
